Paul has been the Chief Executive of LGBT+ Consortium since 2011, the LGBT+ umbrella body and specialist funder and has over 20 years’ experience working in the LGBT+ voluntary sector. Paul’s background is within community development and governance development, connecting communities together and giving people space to share their collective knowledge and experience to embed equitable practices.

I am driven and passionate about the systems change needed, so we build funding mechanisms that result in real change for communities who are most under-resourced and under-supported. Collaboration Circle has a unique opportunity to drive at pace the way funding operates, and I am excited to be on the Board to provide not only practical expertise, but also angles of oversight in equity. This is a special opportunity to create systems that stay community-focused and embed processes that put lived experience in the driving seat of decisions and change-thinking.
